Project Summary: The applicant proposes to reorganize the properties at 67R and 69 Summer Street into a 3 lot subdivision - one lot with the existing house at 67R Summer Street, one lot with the existing house at 69 Summer Street, and a new lot for construction of a single family house. All properties will have frontage on an approximately 260’ long, permanent private road to be known as Boundary Lane.

Public Hearing: The plan will be reviewed and discussed by the Planning and Economic Development Board at its meeting on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at 7:15 p.m. The meeting will be held at Medway Town Hall, 155 Village Street. The public is invited to attend.
Any person or party who is interested or wishes to be heard on this proposal is invited to review the plan and express their views at the designated date and time. Written comments are encouraged and may be forwarded to the Board at 155 Village Street, Medway, MA 02053 or emailed to the Board at: planningboard@townofmedway.org. All comments will be entered into the record during the public hearing.
