PEDB Application Forms & Instructions
Below is a link to CitizenServe, the Town’s online permitting system. Please use this portal to file applications with the Planning and Economic Development Board for subdivisions, site plans, special permits, and scenic road work permits.
If you are unable to successfully submit an application via the CitizenServe portal, please call our office at 508-533-3291 or email us at planningboard@townofmedway.org.
The application forms are available below to download for reference purposes. Please note these applications may not perfectly match the online forms.
