Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Medway

will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at 8:00 P.M. in the

School Committee Presentation Room (Door #7) at the Medway Middle

School, 45 Holliston Street, Medway MA on an application from Timber

Crest, LLC, with respect to properties located at 143 Holliston Street (Assessor

Parcel No. 15-019), 153R Holliston Street (Assessor Parcel No. 15-00 I ), 177 A

Holliston Street (Assessor Parcel No. 09-006), 21 R Fairway Lane (Assessor

Parcel No. 08-016), 13 Ohlson Circie (Assessor Parcel No. 14-020), 102

Winthrop Street (Assessor Parcel No. 08-020), II Woodland Road (Assessor

Parcel No. 09-058) and OR Woodland Road (Assessor Parcel Nos. 08-019 and

14-005), in Medway MA, Agricu ltural Residential I and II Zoning Districts.

The application is for a Comprehensive Permit under MOL c. 40B, Sections 20

through 23 as amended, to allow construction of a 188 unit development to be

called "Timber Crest Estates" containing 25% affordable units on 163.07 acres

according to said plan. The proposed project consists of 72 single fam ily homes

on the west portion of the site and 116 condominiums (a mix of duplexes,

triplexes and detached single-family units) on the east portion of the site.

Copies of the application are on file in the offices of the Town Clerk and

Community and Economic Development, ISS Village Street, Medway, MA and

available for pub lic inspection during normal office hours, Monday through

Friday.
