Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Medway
will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at 7:45 P.M. in the
School Committee Presentation Room (Door #7) at the Medway Middle
School, 45 Holliston Street, Medway MA on an application from Steven and
Susan Houde, with respect to property located at 184 Main Street, Medway,
Assessor Parcel No. 47-066, Agricu ltu ral Residentialll Zoning District.
The application is for a Variance from Section 6.1 of the Zoning Bylaw to allow
for an 8ft side setback where a minimum of 15ft is required for the construction
of a garage on the property.
Copies of the petition are on file in the offices of the Town Clerk and
Community and Economic Development, 155 Vi llage Street, Medway, MA
during normal office hours, Monday through Friday.
