N. ADJOURNMENT TO EXECUTIVE SESSION
There is a need for the school committee to adjourn to executive session, in accordance with M.G.L.
Chapter 30A, Section 21, Exemption #2 for the purpose of conducting strategy sessions in
preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or
contract negotiations with nonunion personnel.
RECOMMENDED MOTION
…move that the school committee adjourn to executive session, in accordance with M.G.L.
Chapter 30A, Section 21, Exemption #2, for the purpose conducting strategy sessions in
preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining
sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel of with the understanding that the
school committee will not return to public session A roll call vote is required.
