Project Summary:      The application for Major Site Plan Review, Groundwater Protection District special permit, and a leasing/rental special permit proposes the construction of a new 9,600 sq. ft. industrial steel building on the site.

The proposed site will not longer require on-site fueling or outdoor fleet storage, as indicated in the original application submittal.
