Medway High School – Library
The Community Preservation Committee will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, February 6, 2017 at 7:00pm at the Medway High School Library. The purpose of the hearing will be to discuss proposals for utilizing the Town’s Community Preservation Act Funds in the following areas:
Acquisition, creation, and preservation of open space;
Acquisition and preservation of historical resources;
Acquisition, creation and preservation of land for recreational use;
Creation, preservation and support of community housing;
Rehabilitation or restoration of such open space, historical land and recreational use, and community housing that is acquired or created.
All interested citizens of Medway who are interested in these areas and/or who have specific ideas as to how the town should expend its Community Preservation Act funds are urged to attend. Residents of specific neighborhoods who have proposals in any of the above-mentioned areas for improving the quality of life in their particular neighborhoods are particularly urged to attend.
