Birthday Parade Policy Change

The officers of the Medway Police Department have enjoyed taking part in all of the birthday parades that took place during the COVID-19 lockdown. Now that Phase 2 has started, traffic and call volumes have greatly increased. As things open up, we expect to see a continued increase in both and consequently have to suspend the birthday parade program. We truly enjoyed seeing every smile and hearing every laugh during all the parades we were involved in.
