FOOD (SCHOOL LUNCH) SERVICES

Medway Public Schools (MPS), 45 Holliston Street, Medway, MA  02053, the awarding authority, invites competitive sealed proposals in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, Section 6 for operation and management of the food (school lunch) service program for the period of July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2025.

Please note that a mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at 3:00pm on Friday, March 18, 2022 beginning in the Business Office.  From there, a tour of all four school’s food services sites will be conducted, as necessary.  The Request for Proposals (RFP) document may be obtained in the Business Office until 3:00 pm on Friday, March 18, 2022, at 45 Holliston Street, Medway, MA  02053, or via telephone (508) 533-3222, x3151.  Requests for copies of the RFP can also be requested through e-mail to Don Aicardi at DAicardi@medwayschools.org. 

All proposals must be in writing and in the form set forth in the RFP, and delivered in sealed envelopes.  Proposals will be received until 5:00pm on Monday, March 28, 2022.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, wholly or in part, and make such award as it determines to be in the best interest of the Town of Medway.
