The Town of Medway through its Parks Commission seeks proposals from Medway non-profit organizations that support youth sports for operation of the Richard J. Coakley Memorial Building Concession Stand (CC) during athletic events at Hanlon Field, Medway High School, 88 Summer Street, Medway, Massachusetts.

Proposals are due no later than: 11:00 AM, FRIDAY, JULY 22, 2016

The Board of Selectmen is the awarding authority and reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts of proposals; to waive any defects, information and minor irregularities; to accept exceptions to these specifications; to award contracts or to cancel this Request for Proposals if it is in the Town’s best interest to do so.
