We could not be more excited to announce that the COA has a new van!

We are excited to announce that the Council on Aging has a new van after many years of hard work and collaboration! This morning, Select Board members Dennis Crowley, Frank Rossi, Maryjane White, and Town Manager Michael Boynton gathered with members of the Friends of the Elders and the Council on Aging to take a few pictures with the new van. Michael Boynton addressed the group and explained that we received word from Ford Motor Company last November, during COVID, that the chassis had been canceled. With the current van on its last legs and support from the Department of Public Works, Friends of the Elders, and the Council on Aging, a new van was located, and more money was appropriated.

Look for the van as you travel throughout Town. You can't miss it with its' vibrant teal colors and tagline, "Caring for those who cared for us."
