The next meeting of the Select Board is on Monday, July 10, at 7:00 pm in Sanford Hall, 155 Village Street. Agenda items include discussing the asset management plan for water, wastewater, and stormwater. Appointment consideration of Alex Jacobson to the Affordable Housing Trust, Rita Larabee to the Board of Assessors, and Crystal Buckley, Dawn Budde, Lindsey McWhorter, Zoe Rheault, and Alan White to the IDEA Committee. DPU Process update on the Medway Grid project, a discussion/vote on the historical signage for the Ide House and Garnsey Foundation. Acceptance of the stormwater management system easement at 33 and 39 Main St., Medway Hathon affordable housing rent increase request. A discussion/vote for community host agreements for marijuana establishments. Proposed social equity policy for licensing of cannabis establishments. Contract approvals with GATRA, COA Aging nursing services with Dorothy Santoro, and Authentic Landscapes for Senior Center landscaping and patio construction. A contract with Southeastern Telecom, Inc. for Telecommunication Systems. Agreement with Woodard & Curran, Inc. for engineering services for water, sewer, and stormwater systems asset management plan phase II, contract with Gale Associates for Engineering Consulting Services for Hanlon Track & Field complex, agreement with PJ Albert for asphalt sidewalks for various streets, authorization to expend grant funds for the MassDOT complete streets program Tier 2, and contract approval with TEC, Inc. for Mass DOT complete streets program project prioritization plan. A contract with VP Decor, Inc. for the painting of 50 Winthrop St. The discussion of the High School driveway culvert, consideration of the Villa Drive land donation, FY '23 budget transfer request for legal account deficit.
