Minutes of the Select Board Meeting on Tuesday, April 18, 2023

A quick recap includes the appointment of Christine Lorenzen to the Board of Registrars, the Implementation of an electronic voting system for Town meetings, approval of a contract with Sumco Eco-Contracting, LLC for observation platform for Adams Street observation platform construction, approval of borrowing from SWBC Investment Services, LLC for the acquisition of 120 Main St. & 72B Main St., a discussion of a municipal separate storm sewer system; the board authorized the Chair to contract with Beta Group, Inc. for catch basin cleaning services, authorization to award bid contract to Haley Ward for Oakland Street well replacement, the approval of a Cystic Fibrosis Cycle For Life Event - an event to take place on September 30, 2023, voted to accept Citizen's Petition to change Columbus Day to Indigenous People's Day for inclusion in the Annual Town meeting warrant.
