AGE 55+ AFFORDABLE HOUSING: 2 Bedroom Condos - $174,700
Lottery applications are now available for the first 3 of the 8 affordable townhouses to be built in Millstone Village. Paper application forms with qualification requirements may be picked up at the Town Clerk’s Office, the Senior Center or the Public Library. PDF copies will be emailed to inquiries sent to Doug Havens, Medway Community Housing Coordinator at dhavens@townofmedway.org or calling (508) 321-4922.
Interested households are urged to start the application process ASAP.
Public information meeting is to be held at the Senior Center 3/31/16 – 6:30 PM
Application deadline is April 22, 2016.
