Join us for an author talk with local author Catherine Marenghi as she discusses her new book!

Our Good Name (2022) is a historic fiction inspired by her Italian immigrant ancestors. Structured as a series of first-person stories, the book explores the expectations and disappointments of immigration to the United States.

She is also the author of the highly praised Glad Farm: A Memoir (2016), about which President Jimmy Carter wrote, “An inspiring story of a writer and journalist who overcame great handicaps to achieve success. Glad Farm reminds us of the role our habitats play in shaping our lives.”
