Celebrate Medway Day - July 16, 2022 - 2:00 p.m.- 9:30 p.m. at Choate Park

Medway's annual Celebrate Medway Day is next Saturday, July 16, from 2:00 p.m.-9:30 p.m. at Choate Park/Thayer Homestead. The event will feature activities for the young and old: remote control racetrack, a climbing wall, a dunk tank, and boating on the pond (boats supplied)! Kids will also enjoy various games and fun things to do, such as pony rides, basketball, badminton, and volleyball, face painting, crafts, multiple bouncy houses, a magician, balloon animals, and more! This fun-filled community event features old-fashioned prices on refreshments. Listen to the sounds of the Lakeshore Drive Band during the day, and don't forget about the watermelon eating contest at 4:00 p.m. Enjoy a beverage at the beer garden sponsored by the Medway Cafe and be sure to stick around at night (6:30 p.m.) to listen to the sounds of the Clafin Orchestra. The night will culminate with a spectacular fireworks display (9:15 p.m.). It's going to be a glorious celebration.
