Medway Fire Department Conducts Live Fire Training

Today Medway Fire Department conducted live fire training at an acquired structure on Highland St. The live fire training included room fires, search & rescue and roof training. Pictured from left to right (top row): Deputy Chief Fasolino was in charge of accountability, firefighters prepared equipment inclusive of water supply protection, and water lines were placed into the burning structure. Pictured from left to right (bottom row): Safety lines were put in place as part of search & rescue training, Lt. Brian Tracy discussed procedures with Medway firefighters before training began, and room fires (burning hay) were set for the observation of fire behavior before extinguishing the fire.
