Cancellations

Reservation dates are considered booked when the renter submits the signed /Application/Contract for Use of Thayer Homestead and fifty percent (50%) of the rental fees not including security deposit then add security deposit back in for total deposit due. Please read the schedule below to understand the percentage of the rental fee deposit that will be refunded if the booking is cancelled. All cancellations must be submitted to the Resident Manager or to the Select Board office via email or in writing.
