Project Summary: The proposed development includes construction of a one-story, 21,900 sq. ft. medical building to be accessed from the existing curb cut on Main Street used for Walgreens. Other planned improvements include driveways, parking, utilities, grading, lighting, and landscaping. The facility will consist of pediatric care, women’s health, wellness, emergency care, lab and x-ray services.  A total of 102 parking spaces are proposed. The site is also under the jurisdiction of the Conservation Commission.

Public Hearing:      The public hearing will begin Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 8:00 p.m. and will be held in Sanford Hall at Medway Town Hall, 155 Village Street. The meeting room is accessible via elevator to individuals with physical disabilities. The hearing will also be available via the Zoom online platform. Zoom access details will be included on the agenda for the May 10th meeting. Interested persons are invited to review the site plan, participate in the hearing and offer comments. Written comments are encouraged and may be forwarded to  planningboard@townofmedway.org.
