Medway Special Town Meeting – March 19, 2018

Proposed Amendments to Medway Zoning Bylaw

 

Two proposed amendments to the Medway Zoning Bylaw have been recommended by the Planning and Economic Development Board, Board of Selectmen, and Finance Committee for consideration at Medway’s special Town Meeting to be held on Monday, March 19, 2018. The proposed amendments are summarized below. 

ARTICLE 3 Recreational Marijuana - To amend SECTION 2 DEFINITIONS by adding definitions for Marijuana Retailer and Marijuana Establishment and by amending TABLE 1: SCHEDULE OF USES to add Marijuana Retailer and Marijuana Establishment to the Table of Uses and to specify the zoning districts where such uses would be permitted. ARTICLE 4 Medical Marijuana – To amend SECTION 8.9 REGISTERED MARIJUANA DISPENSARY by revising item 5.i. in Paragraph E.
