Project Summary: The proposed project includes construction of a 6,000 sq. ft. one-story building with associated parking and loading facilities for Converting Technical Services,  a light manufacturing/warehouse business

Plan: The plan is titled 9 Trotter Drive Site Plan, is dated March 26, 2018 and was prepared by Engineering Design Consultants, Inc. of Southborough, MA.  The plan shows parking for 21 vehicles, landscaping, stormwater drainage facilities, site and building lighting, and connections to municipal water and sewer. Site access/egress is planned with 2 curb cuts on Trotter Drive.

Public Hearing:       The public hearing commenced on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 7:05 p.m. The hearing was closed on July 10, 2018 at which time the Board voted and approved the site plan with conditions and waivers.  The final approved site plan was "endorsed" by the Board on August 14, 2018.  The Decision is posted in the Decisisions section of this web page.  The endorsed plan may be viewed from the PEDB Approved and Endorsed Plans section of this web page.
