Welcome to the Town of Medway’s Citizenserve Online Permitting portal for the Community and Economic Development Department. Here you can apply for permits from the Conservation Commission, the Planning and Economic Development Board, and the Zoning Board of Appeals.

    Register

    Every applicant must register and create a profile in the system.  You'll only have to do this ONCE. If you previously created a profile please click on "login" located on the top right corner of your screen. You do not need to re-register.

    Apply

    Build your permit application by going through the simple prompts, and upload any documents needed to complete your permit application.

  • 3.

    Pay

    You may pay online by credit card; UniBank, the Town of Medway’s financial institution, may charge a service fee for credit card transactions. You may also pay by cash or a check sent or delivered to the Community and Economic Development Department at Town Hall.


    4.

    Submit

    Once you’ve completed your registration, application, and have paid, everything will be reviewed, and you will be contacted asking for more information and to inform you about the next steps of the permitting process.
    **Please note as stated in the application paper copies do need to be delivered to the Town Hall (155 Village St. ) either via drop box at the front door or to the Community Economic Development office (second floor). Face covering required to enter Town Hall.

    When filling out an application, please complete the whole process before clicking on "Submit". If you do not have all required documents/information, you may click "Save for Later" and complete the application at a later time.
