ZBA Application & Instructions

If you are unable to successfully submit an application in the portal please call our office at 508-321-4890 or email zoning@townofmedway.org
 
Please make sure to review the Application Checklist and all other
application information thoroughly to ensure that you have downloaded
all documents needed for your application
 
INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS MAY BE DISMISSED BY THE BOARD
 
 
 
 
 
In order to save and/or email your application:
  1. Download the application forms
  2. Then enter information in the appropriate fields
  3. Please remember to include the application checklist with the appropriate boxes checked off
  4. Save file as "address - ZBA Application"
    e.g: “155 Village St - ZBA Application”
  5. Print and Sign one original application form package
  6. Provide the original application form package and required documents/plans to the Zoning Board of Appeals
  7. Provide two additional copies of the application and required documents/plans to the Zoning Board of Appeals
  8. Supply any necessary supportive materials to the Zoning Board of Appeals
  9. Provide a check for the application filing fee to the Zoning Board of Appeals
  10. Submit the request for abutters (page 8) to the Assessing Department
  11. Email one electronic version of your application and all supporting material to zoning@townofmedway.org or arice@townofmedway.org
  12. Any missing information may cause a delay in scheduling the hearing date for the application
