Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Medway will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 05, 2017 at 7:35 P.M. in the School Committee Presentation Room (Door #7) at the Medway Middle School, 45 Holliston Street, Medway, MA on an application from Asphalt Engineering, LLC & Farm St. Property Management, with respect to property located at 0-R Granite Street, Assessor Parcel No. 74-001, I-III Zoning District. 

The application is for Variances from Section 5.4 Table 1 Section E to allow for a “Contractor’s Yard,” although not allowed in I-III, it is allowed in other industrial zones; and to allow for the accessory “Outdoor storage of materials and parking of vehicles and equipment associated with a business operated in a building on the premises,” where the future building and business is on the adjoining Bellingham Parcel, although all is shown as one lot on one deed. 

Copies of the petition are on file in the offices of the Town Clerk and Community and Economic Development, 155 Village St, Medway, MA during normal office hours, Monday through Friday.
