There is a need for the school committee to adjourn to executive session, in accordance wi th

M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21, Exemption #3 for the purpose of discussing strategy wi th

respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect o n

the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declare s.
