M. ADJOURNMENT TO EXECUTIVE SESSION

There is a need for the school committee to adjourn to executive session, in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21, Exemption #3, which reads: "to discuss strategy with 3

respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares".

RECOMMENDED MOTION

…ove that the school committee adjourn to executive session, in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21, Exemption #3, for the purpose of discussing "strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body, with the understanding that the school committee will not return to public session." A roll call vote is required.
