Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town or Medway
will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at 7:45 P.M. in
the School Committee Presentation Room (Door #7) at the Medway Middle
School, 45 Holliston Street, Medway MA on an application from Timber
Crest, LLC, with respect to properties located at 143 Holliston Street (Assessor
Parcel No. 15-019), 153R Holliston Street (Assessor Parcel No. 15-001), I77A
Holliston Street (Assessor Parcel No. 09-006). 21 R Fairway Lane (Assessor
Parcel No. 08-016), 13 Ohlson Circle (Assessor Parcel No. 14-020), 102
Winthrop Street (Assessor Parcel No. 08-020), I I Woodland Road (Assessor
Parcel No. 09-058), OR Woodland Road (Assessor Parcel Nos. 08-019 and 14-
005), and 165 Holliston Street (Assessor Parcel No. 09-051) in Medway MA,
Agricultural Residential I and II Zoning Districts.
The application is for a Comprehensive Permit under MGL c. 40B, Sections 20
through 23 as amended, to allow construction of a 157 unit development to be
called "Timber Crest Estates" containing 25% affordable units on 170.36 acres
according to sa id plan. The proposed project consists of 72 single family homes
on the west portion of the site and 85 single family homes on the east portion of
the site.
Copies of the application are on file in the oflices of the Town Clerk and
Community and Economic Development, 155 Vi II age Street, Medway, MA and
available for public inspection during normal office hours, Monday through
Friday.
