completed in the month of July for Daniel O'Connell's Sons, Inc.

i. Revised Pay Request includes previously approved $122,868.36 for a total amount of

$242,939.51 (additional amount of $120,071.15).

b} Vote to authorize Chairman to sign Revised SRF loan Payment Request ##27 for work completed in the

month of July for Daniel O'Connell's Sons, Inc. and COM Smith

i. Revised SRF loan Payment Request includes previously approved $208,182.81 for a total

amount of $328,253.96 {additional amount of $120,071.15}.
