How often does the Planning and Economic Development Board meet?
The Planning and Economic Development Board meets regularly on the second and fourth Tuesday evening of each month in Sanford Hall at Medway Town Hall, 155 Village Street and begin at 7:00 pm. Seating in Sanford Hall is provided in its standard arrangement and spacing. Individuals not vaccinated for COVID-19 are asked to wear face coverings. The meeting room is accessible to individuals with physical disabilities. Extra meetings are scheduled as needed.

As a courtesy to the public, the meetings are also available via the Zoom online meeting platform. The information to access a meeting via Zoom can be found at the end of the meeting agenda posted on the Town calendar of events at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
All meetings of the Medway Planning and Economic Development Board are open to the public. The agenda always includes a CITIZENS COMMENTS time at the beginning of each meeting when members of the public may express an opinion or ask a question of Planning and Economic Development Board members.

The agenda for each Planning and Economic Development Board meeting is posted at the Town Clerk’s office by the Friday before a Tuesday meeting. Additionally, the agenda is posted at the Events Calendar at the home page of the Town's web site and on the Board's home page as well.
