May Fire Department News

Lieutenants Craig Vinton and Matt Anzivino recently were certified in baby car seat installations.  Checks are done by appointment only.  Call Natalie at 508-533-3211 or email her at NLennon@Townofmedway.org to make an appointment with one of them to have their installation checked. 

The Medway Fire Department recently put a new Utility Task Vehicle (UTV) in service.  It will enable the department to reach and transport medical patients out of places conventional vehicles cannot access such as the many hiking trails throughout Medway.  

The Medway Fire and EMS Association recently held a fundraiser and played members of past and present New England Patriots on Saturday, May 9, 2016.  The game was close but the Pats pulled out the victory. 

Medway Fire Chief Lynch recently attended the Congressional Fire Service Institute in Washington DC with members of the Norfolk Fire Chiefs and had the honor to be part of the team to lay a wreath at The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier led by Millis Chief Richard Barrett, with Sharon Chief James Wright and Foxboro Chief Roger Hatfield.
